Developer hiring runs on proxies. We replace them with graded work.
A CV, a referral, and a whiteboard hour tell an employer very little about whether someone can ship. The real evidence, working code written to a deadline and checked by tests, usually disappears when the interview ends.
HackSprint keeps it. Every challenge runs in the same environment, against tests the participant cannot see, on the same clock as everyone else. The score, the run log, and the reviewer’s decision stay attached to the builder’s profile.
How HackSprint is organized
The platform is made of four modules that share one account, one IDE, and one grading system. Each one follows the guidelines below.
Hosting and running coding competitions, from registration to prizes.
Organizers · DevelopersOpen Hackathons- Events are public or invite-only, and timed per event or per problem.
- Challenges are Build, Code Problem, MCQ, or AI Comparison, all solved in the hosted IDE.
- Code is graded against hidden tests; organizers review scores and integrity flags before results publish.
Authoring and taking structured courses with graded practice.
Learners · Instructors · Course adminsOpen Courses- Instructors build lessons, exercises, and skill assessments in Course Studio.
- A course admin reviews every course before it is published.
- Exercises are auto-graded in the same IDE; passing an assessment issues a certificate.
Posting roles, screening applicants, and interviewing them.
Employers · CandidatesOpen Jobs & AI Interview- Candidates apply with their HackSprint profile; a résumé is optional.
- A role either starts the AI interview on apply, or shortlists first and invites later.
- Each interview produces a scored report backed by transcript, code, and test runs.
Running HackSprint as a team.
Org owners · Admins- Every organization is its own workspace, with members and roles.
- Modules are switched on per organization; Hackathons is available to all.
- Billing, AI usage, and an audit log are managed from the workspace.
From brief to verified score
Every participant gets the same brief, starter code, and time limit.
Work happens in the hosted IDE, with runs and test results logged as they happen.
Submissions run against hidden test suites. MCQs and AI comparisons are scored on a fixed key.
Organizers review scores and integrity flags, then publish. The result joins the builder’s record.
Built for both sides of the hire
- Compete in public hackathons for free
- Practice in the same IDE you compete in
- Keep a verified record of every graded result
- Apply to jobs with that record attached
- Branded workspaces with roles for your team
- Private events by invitation, with optional proctoring
- Review queue for scores and integrity flags
- Exports and analytics for every event
- Shortlist from a leaderboard, not a CV pile
- Structured AI interviews scored against a rubric
- Applicant tracking from first event to offer
- Evidence a hiring manager can actually audit
How we build the platform
A score means nothing if nobody can audit it. Hidden tests, run logs, and integrity signals are all inspectable by the people who need them.
Everyone in a hackathon gets the same brief, the same clock, and the same grader. Fairness is a platform feature, not an organizer chore.
Monitoring only ever starts after someone accepts a dialog that lists exactly what will be captured. Signals inform a human; they never decide alone.
You keep the IP in everything you submit. We license only what we need to run the event you entered.
Run your next event or assessment on HackSprint
Developers join free. Organizations get a workspace, private events, and the review tools to hire from the results.
